Brandi Stephens is a talented and highly skilled professional with nearly a decade of experience working in Human Resources. Across the course of her professional development, Brandi amassed an impressive and unique skill set that has helped her establish herself as a personal development coach who helps others adapt and overcome the obstacles they face in their lives.
In her work as a Certified Diversity and Inclusion Recruiter, Brandi has consistently demonstrated an outstanding record of identifying, developing, and implementing policies that would drastically enhance productivity and efficiency within a company. To build a solid foundation for her career and craft the framework of her professional expertise, Brandi Stephens attended West Los Angeles College in California, where she earned her Associate’s Arts and Science Degree in Liberal Studies. From there, she studied at Calumet College in Indiana and earned her Bachelor of Science degree in Organizational Management. In the years since, she has become a Certified Diversity and Inclusion Recruiter (AIRS CDR), a Certified Recruiter in Lean Human Capital, a Certified Scrum Master, and a Recruiter Academy Certified Recruiter (RACR).
